Signal and Stable Ltd supplies professional-grade kit intended for commercial use by qualified crews and industry personnel. We accept no liability for damage, injury, or equipment failure caused by improper installation, misuse, or alteration of the goods.
Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal and Stable Ltd shall not be liable to the buyer for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, venue cancellation costs, missed production deadlines, or labor penalties resulting from faulty equipment or late delivery.

2. B2B Returns & Refunds

Please note that standard UK consumer cooling-off periods (such as the 14-day change-of-mind right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations) do not apply to business-to-business transactions.

Damaged or Faulty Goods: If any kit arrives damaged or fails to match the technical specifications outlined in your order confirmation, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please provide photo evidence of the fault. Upon inspection, we will arrange for a replacement or a credit note.
Surplus Stock / Incorrect Orders: We do not automatically accept returns for over-ordered or surplus kit. Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
